| He has more than 10 years of academic and professional experience for advanced level Management courses. He did dual post graduation in Business Administration and Law and is known for his skills and Case based method of teaching. He is an Alumnus of IIM(I).
He has a diversified teaching experience and his teaching interests are in Marketing, Business Law, IPR’s and Operations Management etc. He carries his own legal consultancy in company and NI matters. |
| He is active in enabling media footage and brand building for the organization on behalf of the Institute for television and print media.
He co-authored case study on Reliance Fresh named ‘Fresh Revolution’ which was presented in 19th AIMS convention organized at IIM, Kolkata. This case study is published by PHI in an international case study book. Another case study based on the movie “Traffic Signal” directed by renowned Director Madhur Bhandarkar. This case study deals with the social problems of India and their eradication from the point of view of an N.G.O. The Movie Director has appreciated the effort and taken the personal interest in spreading the work to the masses.
He also co-authored a case study on Tata’s sensational forthcoming small car Nano which has been among best four case study selected for the presentations at AIMS 20th convention at Welingkar, Mumbai. Prof. Bapat has written research papers on service marketing and intangible assets (IPR’s). Currently he is doing research in the field of “Internal and Interactive Marketing of Professional Education”.
He also conducts work-shops on case based learning for the students and faculty members and has also organized National Seminars. He is visiting and adjunct faculty to various reputed management institutes. |
